Beckford represent the Danish company XO Shipping and secured the arrest of and preservation of XO Shipping's interest in the ship M/V ‘Trading Fabrizia for breach of charterparty. XO Shipping has also been added as an intervenor in a claim brought by Jebmed S.R.L. regarding a European Enforcement Order for sums claimed and a declaratory judgment by a Maltese court that Jebmend was entitled to possession of the M/V ‘Trading Fabrizia the security for a mortgage.
